Post Completion Technical Support
As new build and refurbished developments near completion, correct system commissioning and set up processes elongate the system or asset lifecycle, increase Mean Time Between Failure (MTBF) rates and ensure the most efficient operation to reduce energy consumption. Furthermore, systems can be closely monitored during any defects liability periods to identify any early indication of asset failure, and that all necessary interventions are undertaken in line with the warranty agreements in place.
