We believe that everybody deserves a fantastic place to live, learn, work or stay, and felt there was a gap in the market for a specialist Facilities Management company which is passionate about creating phenomenal residential experiences and community environments.
HPS services are a national specialist in high end facility services for the residential, educational and commercial property sectors. The business was established in 2013 and has grown to become the leading service provider within the residential sector. Group Managing Director Oliver Ringsby-Burgess joined the organisation in 2019 following a highly successful career working for larger FM companies.
To maintain our position as thought leaders in the industry, we continue to develop our innovative service offering to keep pace with the fast-moving sectors in which we operate. The HPS 7-Star Programme encapsulates our drive to self-evaluate and redefine the community environment and resident experience.

Following a successful career in "big company" FM, I was passionate about creating a sector defining FM brand for Clients who want a more personal, emotionally driven experience - built on a collaborative approach focused on the people who the build is for.
